シェフ自らが全国から厳選した和牛のみを取り扱っており、
特に希少な「A5ランク黒毛和牛の雌牛」を中心に、
リーズナブルな国産牛から神戸ビーフ、但馬牛、近江牛などの最高峰の銘柄牛まで幅広くご用意しております。
自慢のステーキは、シェフがそれぞれの部位に合わせた最適な焼き加減で調理。
