当店は、A5ランクの中でも特に希少な雌牛の神戸ビーフや近江牛をはじめ、
全国からの選りすぐりの和牛だけを取り扱う和牛ステーキ専門店です。

各部位に応じたベストな焼き加減でお肉を最後まで美味しく食べていただけるよう、
特製の石盤（石焼プレート）にのせてお客様の元へお届けしています。

また、焼肉ステーキ岩井は多様な食文化・宗教的背景を持つお客様が
安心して食事をお楽しみいただけるよう、メニューはすべて
グルテンフリーおよびムスリムフレンドリーに対応しています。

YAKINIKU STEAK IWAI is located in Marutamachi Chiekoin,

just west of Horikawa Marutamachi, north of Nijo Castle.

We carefully select only heifer A5-grade(highest) wagyu from Japan’s finest brands,

including Kobe beef and Omi Beef, one of the country’s three great wagyu.

Each cut is chosen for its exceptional quality, ensuring a truly indulgent Japanese wagyu beef experience.

To ensure every cut is cooked to perfection and enjoyed to the last bite,
we serve our meat on a specially designed stone plate (stone grill) at your table.

Furthermore, Yakiniku Steak Iwai ensures all guests,
regardless of diverse dietary cultures or religious backgrounds, can dine with confidence.

Our entire menu is gluten-free and Muslim-friendly.
Vegetarian options are also available.
