当店は、A5ランクの中でも特に希少な雌牛の神戸ビーフや近江牛をはじめ、
全国からの選りすぐりの和牛だけを取り扱う和牛ステーキ専門店です。

各部位に応じたベストな焼き加減でお肉を最後まで美味しく食べていただけるよう、
特製の石盤（石焼プレート）にのせてお客様の元へお届けしています。
